Dr. T. Y. Steven Ip is a renowned plastic surgeon with offices in Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, and New York City. He received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from UCLA and his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School. He then completed five years of general surgery training at Columbia University and three years of plastic surgery training at Duke University. Dr. Ip is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is also the former President of the Orange County Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Vice-Chairman of Plastic Surgery of Hoag Memorial Hospital in Newport Beach, California. Dr. Ip is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Tracey Prescott, a highly sought-after specialized Aesthetic Registered Nurse known as the "Artist with a Needle," opened Beauty with a Mission in 2015. With expertise in lasers and injectables, she excels in achieving natural yet beautifully enhanced results. Tracey's extensive experience in various areas of Aesthetic Nursing, including the operating room and post-operative care, has established her as a trusted professional. Known for her exceptional skills and dedication, she has completed advanced training in Botox, Juvederm, Radiesse, and Sculptra, earning the admiration of both colleagues and clients.

Registered Nurse

Tami, a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience specializing in neonatal intensive care, is our skilled "Ultherapist" at Beauty with a Mission. Alongside her expertise in Ultherapy, Tami is extensively trained in Botox and Kybella procedures. Having been a satisfied aesthetic customer herself for many years and drawn by Tracey's stellar reputation, Tami made the decision to join BWAM. Her passion lies in working with people and helping them achieve optimal results with their chosen procedures. Outside of work, Tami enjoys cooking in her leisure time and resides in Mission Viejo with her husband of 27 years and their two sons, aged 22 and 20.

Registered Nurse

Krystal is an experienced and skilled nurse injector who specializes in neurotoxin, fillers, IPL, skin resurfacing, microneedling with radio frequency, morpheus, chemical peels, laser hair removal and anti-aging therapies. Her story is interesting because her first career was designing custom made clothing, so she has always had an aesthetic eye. Sometime later, she was volunteering at HOAG Hospital and realized she had a passion for patient care and wanted to make a greater impact on the lives of the ill and perused a nursing career. She brings over a decade of critical care experience at the prestigious HOAG Hospital in Newport Beach. She completed advanced trainings with Titan Aesthetics and was mentored by one of the top plastic surgeons in the industry, where she was the lead nurse injector. She feels blessed to have had such amazing mentors and seeks to provide a second to none patient experience that focuses on safety and best practices. She’s a trusted guide in helping formulate a plan of care. Krystal has performed procedures on hundreds of patients and takes pride in the quality of her work and her talent in aesthetic medicine. She strives to ensure all of her patients have a top-notch experience. On a side note, Krystal is passionate about health, hormones and nutrition and encourages all of her clients to live their best and healthiest life.

As Practice Director, Heather Ardell leads with a deep passion for patient care, clinical excellence, and aesthetic artistry. With over a decade of experience in the medical aesthetics industry and a strong foundation in healthcare, Heather oversees all facets of the practice—from operations and patient experience to sales strategy and provider support. Her ability to create a warm, welcoming environment is matched by sharp business acumen and an unwavering dedication to helping women look and feel their best. Known for her hands-on leadership, Heather actively mentors staff, consults with patients, and ensures the highest standard of care at every touchpoint. When she’s not guiding the growth of the practice, Heather enjoys morning beach walks with her dog, Wonton, Pilates, and traveling to Hawaii to visit her son

Elisa grew up in Orange County. She has a Bachelor of Arts from University of Southern California and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Concordia University.
She is married with 3 children, Lily, Henry & baby Marigold. She has 13 years of nursing experience at Hoag Newport Beach outpatient gastroenterology. She has worked pre-op, post-op, procedure room, pharmacy manager and charge nurse. She loves working with patients, providing excellent patient care with attention to detail making sure every client feels amazing. She is new to the skin industry and already performing procedures and she is a rockstar. Elisa has a passion for charity, specifically Make A Wish OCIE, cooking, wine, fashion, running, dancing and her Saint Bernard, Emma.

Business Development Manager

Lisa LeSieur brings a creative and strategic perspective to her role as Business Development Manager. With a background in design, retail, and luxury event planning—and over 25 years of experience, including 15 running her own firm—Lisa is skilled at curating brand experiences and cultivating meaningful client relationships. At the medical spa, she focuses on external partnerships, promotions, and initiatives that help drive visibility and growth, all while aligning with the high standards set by the practice.

Lisa resides in Newport Beach with her husband, Michael, their two children, Finn and Emma, and their trio of pets. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and cozy evenings at home with her family.
